This beautiful beret pattern is part of the Winter Warmer's collection and has been created by OneHandKnits especially for The Yarn Cafe. It is available as an online download. This pattern is suitable for new and experienced knitters and is rated as easy and is quick to knit. It is a slouchy beret and features a cabled brim and plaited crown and can be knitted in small (41-56cm/16-22 inches head circumference) and large (56-71cm/ 22-28 inches head circumference) sizes. Both sizes are 25cm deep (around ten inches). There are comprehensive instructions together with charts for the design. The pattern can also be purchased with the matching cowl and mittens - the full set of patterns costs £7.00.
